We will take a holistic approach to your facility and recommend a “green” program that is customized to meet your buildings needs. During this evaluation we will look at:

Entryways: About 80% of dirt in a facility is brought in through the entrance. Our goal is to trap and remove dirt and other pollutants before they enter the building. With high frequency of cleaning the entryway mats with HEPA filtration vacuums we will reduce amount of contaminants entering the facility and improve indoor air quality.

Improving Indoor Air Quality: By using HEPA filtration vacuums we can remove 99% of indoor pollutants one micron or larger. We use microfiber dusting clothes. These clothes use friction and static-electricity to trap and remove dust particles and eliminates the need for harmful chemical sprays.

Hard Surface Care: Hard surfaces need to be vacuumed daily using HEPA filtration vacuums. This is a very effective at removing dirt from grout, corners, edges and getting under and around furniture. These surfaces also need to be damp mopped. We use microfiber mops which are more effective at removing dirt and fine particles than traditional yarn mops.

Disinfecting Restrooms: We use GS-37 certified chemicals which is the Green Seal’s standard for institutional cleaners. Also, it is important to make sure the chemical has proper dwell time so that soil is thoroughly removed and uses less product.

Earn LEED Certification Points: An effective green cleaning program can contribute over 40% of the points needed for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. Our ProGreen System uses the proper products and procedures needed to earn points toward certification.
